Striped carpet by Sonnhild Kestler
The colorful stripes bring pure joie de vivre to any living space! An expressive rug that impresses not only with its captivating color and form, but also with its pleasant feel – and touches us with its uniqueness. The colors were specially mixed and combined by Sonnhild Kestler, creating a colorful work of art.
The challenge in producing this carpet, with over 160,000 knots per square meter, lies in the precise implementation of the color transitions. Knotting the irregular transitions requires high precision and many years of craftsmanship. This carpet is produced in over 10 work steps, taking approximately 3.5 months.
