A masterpiece of tradition and innovation – tailor-made carpet art for an exclusive villa

Our passion is to produce the most beautiful hand-knotted carpets using traditional Tibetan knotting techniques.

A carpet was designed for a private villa that combines individuality, the highest quality, and cultural heritage. In close collaboration with the interior designer and taking the spatial effect into account, an elaborate design process resulted in an exclusive, unique piece. Using digital simulation techniques, the design was precisely coordinated in advance.

Over a period of six months, more than 50 skilled artisans dedicated their time and expertise to the development and production of this remarkable rug. The result is a perfect blend of traditional craftsmanship and innovative dyeing techniques, with precision and artistry evident in every knot.

Its presence immediately invites us to touch it and walk barefoot, creating a feeling of lightness and comfort. This effect is unique—and it's a joy to experience these positive feelings of well-being in our daily work.

This project was complemented by another custom-made rug, "Coquelicot," designed for an adjacent room in the villa. This piece, too, was individually tailored to the surroundings and intended use—a harmonious addition and part of a holistic, stylish spatial concept.
