"This carpet is round, or rather rounded, but not quite a circle." Hans Karl Zeisel called this form "Cosmarion," in which gentle curves contrast with sharp points and spikes. Behind the name "Cosmarion" lies a virtually endless series of geometric preparatory works that led to this interesting geometric form.

Hans Karl Zeisel calls this form "Cosmarion." It would be more accurate to speak of a group of forms, as Zeisel has since developed a whole cosmos of variations of this shape. Some time ago, Zeisel had a prototype of this form made for himself, which has already been shown in various exhibitions.
