NEW WORKS OF ART FROM TIBET!
At this year's IMM in Cologne, DESIGNERCARPETS by Teppich Drechsle is presenting a new carpet model for the first time. The "Dokden" kilim is handwoven in Tibet from the best Tibetan wool.
The term "Dokden" has a Tibetan origin. Dok = abbreviation for Drokpa, meaning nomad and Den is the carpet. The tents and sack storage of the nomads are handwoven in the same way as the new kilims from DESIGNERCARPETS .
